WARRANTY
We offer a 15 days Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Damages inflicted during installation or after installation are not covered.
REFUND POLICY
We do accept returns when necessary, depending on the situation. To return an item, it must still be new in the sealed package with the part number label still attached so we may re-sell it to another customer. Of course, there may be some special circumstances and exceptions. If we made a mistake, you will be taken care of immediately. Just let us know and we will fix it for you! However, if it was your mistake or you just no longer want it, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the item price. You have 15 days to return an item. ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee compensates us for the loss and shipping expenses.
