The Aquarium Systems Maxi Jet Multi Purpose pump can be used with both salt and fresh water aquariums and amphibian set ups such as those for frogs and turtles.
The pump can be used either internally or externally, with a simple addition to the rotating outlet. Hose tails and full instructions are included, and the pump can be smoothly adjusted to function either wet or dry.
A key feature of the Maxi Jet is the 360? rotating water outlet. The versatility of this function means you can position the outlet anywhere that suits within your tank. Suction cups are included to safely attach the pump to your aquarium.
The new and improved powerful rotor provides high performance yet is economical to run at 6 watts for the MJ500 and only 12.5 watts for the MJ1000.
The motor has integral protection meaning the pump avoids over-heating and as such needs little maintenance.
The Maxi Jet also includes a pre-filter grid for filtering foam.

New Jet 1200, 2400 & 3500
The New Jet Multi Use Pump can be used wet or dry. It is fully submersible for use in all types of aquarium and also for use in amphibian housing.
The rotor is fitted with a noise reduction device, which whilst keeping the volume down does not detract from the powerful performance of the pump. The ceramic brush and shaft of the rotor are durable and reliable.
The pump can be used externally or internally, allowing for greater variation of use. If used externally the front section is removed and the locknut and output tube used. The transition to external use is quick and simple, with full instructions and accessories included.
As with all New Jet Multi Use pumps, the motor is protected internally from overheating, meaning that the pump is maintenance free.
The flow rate is adjustable via a dial on the face of the pump, meaning that you can control the pump easily and quickly.
Additional hose tails and connectors are included.
