Shipping 

1. We may use express or postal air parcel. If you prefer other fast services, ie. DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, please e-mail us as well.

2. Tracking number will be given once the parcel is sent.

3.Buyer pays fixed shipping and import tax, port duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

4.We will ship your order out in 5 days after get your payment and complete shipping address including Phone number.

Payment & Postage  

1.Payment and postage are different on individual items. If you don’t know how much the shipping cost is, please email me

2. Please pay via PayPal. If you would like to make payment via other methods, please let me know.or bank wire is also accepted. If you make payment by T/T, please email us for wire details

3.No order will be shipped out if PayPal payment is still pending.

 Back Orders

Products in stock will be sent out immediately after receiving your order.  We will email you the stock condition once we get your order.

Customer Services & Warranty & Return Policy

1.If we send the wrong item, Kando will send replace part asap once we get your information and pictures.

2.If customers bought wrong parts, we accept the return within 2 weeks from the date of received package. The returned package must be under brand new condition. 20% restocking fee will be applied and Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
