This is a birthday angel holding a cake with a candle.  She was designed by Karen Hahn for Enesco Foundations.  It is from 2011.  She has a light blue gown and the flowers are accented with silver "jewels".  She measures about 4 1/2 inches tall.  She has a tiny bit of roughness on the edge of her left wing, that seems original to the piece.  On the back bottom edge to the right of the heart there is a tiny chip (see picture).  I do not have the original box.  It is sold used as is.
