ONCE AGAIN THE REBUILD PROCESS WILL TAKE 2 TO 3 DAYS ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR INJECTOR CORES.

This is a complete rebuild service for 8 AB, AD, AE code injectors.

Your injectors will be upgraded to 160cc with 8 new 30% larger nozzles.

This auction is for a rebuild service... You will have to ship me your injectors to be rebuilt then I will ship them back to you.

Average turn around is 3 days not including weekend and holidays. Less injectors are a shorter turn around time.

1 day service can be arranged with prior notice.

This will upgrade your injectors to a stage 2 160/30 and retain split shot.

This service will include

Intensifier piston machined for the extra cc's

New nozzle springs

New inner and outer o rings

New armature screws

New check balls

Upgraded adapter bolts

New 30% larger nozzles

Any machine work needed to get the injectors back to factory specs.

The rebuild process.

1. Disassemble, measure and inspect all parts.

2. Test solenoids to make sure they are still in spec.

3. High temp ultrasonic clean all parts.

4. Recondition nozzle and micro polish needle.

5. Test spray pattern on nozzle.

6. Micro polish poppet valve.

7. Perform necessary machine work to obtain new spec clearances.

8. Reassemble with new inner and outer o rings, new nozzle springs, new check balls and armature screws...

I also stock over size nozzles.
