BUY ORIGINAL IBM PARTS  AND BEWARE OF CHEAP IMITATIONS FROM CHINA or THOSE THAT WILL USUALLY SAY REFURBISHED, REPLACEMENT, GENERIC, UNIVERSAL or EQUIVALENT!  If you search the item in eBay, you will only see a handful selling GENUINE IBM part in the USA so please make sure you read carefully and shop wisely. Some sellers will even post a picture of this item with an IBM/Lenovo logo on it but if you ask if "Genuine" they will usually reply "High Quality Compatible".  Most sellers also sell adapters with a  non-USA standard 3-prong Mickey Mouse power cord typical to the Chinese imitations.

Payment:

• Payment for this auction must be made within 5-days of end of auction.  Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to resell the item to another buyer.
• Payment must be made thru PayPal only.

Sales Tax:

• By law, we or Ebay are required to collect sales tax on all sold items with a delivery address in California and other states.
• CA resellers are welcome but have to submit a CA Reseller Certificate and/or other requirements.

Shipping:

• Please allow 1-2 business days after confirmation of full payment for this item to be shipped.
• Expedite shipping via air is also available but you must contact me first so I can send you a quote and/or revised invoice.
• Shipping rates in the ad are for the continental USA only. This is the actual cost of postage, packaging materials and/or insurance for up to the posted amount.  In some cases, insurance is offered to the buyer as an option at buyer’s expense. 
• The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.  Shipping is non-refundable except for DOA. 
• We do combine shipping if physically possible and applicable.
• Signature is required on all shipments over $250 if you pay with PayPal.
• We take pride in making sure that the item is packaged securely so it does not get damaged during transit.  This item and all its contents will be double-boxed  (if applicable) and secured with additional protective materials such as bubble-wraps or green recycled peanuts then tape sealed before shipping.

• International orders are shipped by air so the shipping cost and speed of delivery depends on the size/weight of the packaged item, shipping method selected and exact location of final destination. International orders may be subject to custom inspection which affects speed of delivery and custom duties/taxes which is the responsibility of the buyer so consider that carefully and include that in your landed cost so there is no suprises. Warranty: 

• Customer pick-up is “As Is” after testing, acceptance and payment by customer.
• If shipped, this item comes with a 14-day Non "Dead-on-Arrival" (DOA) warranty or "Item As Described" guarantee.  After this period, all sales are Final so there are No Returns or Refunds.
• Please contact us for DOA Warranty claim and include defect description, purchase date and received date. A “Return to Seller” authorization and shipping label will be sent the buyer that must be attached to the same packaging before shipping back to the seller. 
• The defective item will be re-tested and the defect will be verified before a replacement is sent, if on-stock and if not, then your payment will be refunded including shipping.

Condition:

• This is a used item is in excellent working condition with little evidence of use except for minor scuffs and scratches due to normal wear and tear. 
• Unless otherwise stated, items are sold “As Is”.

Testing and Reconditioning Procedures:

• The AC Adapter is inspected and cleaned to improve cosmetic condition as if it was for our own.
• The AC Adapter is plugged to AC Outlet.
• The AC Adapter is plugged into a compatible laptop to see if connections fits then the laptop is left running an applications or playing a DVD movie to see if the battery is charging.
• The AC Adapter is prepared for sale.
