Orders are normally shipped 24 hours from receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

To avoid delays, please use your eBay ID with part number as reference for payments via direct deposit. Please note that payments by direct deposit can take up to two working days to be received into our account.

Postage is via Australia Post eParcel with tracking or courier. Please allow approximately 3 to 10 working days for delivery (especially for regional WA & NT)

We accept return if the product is received faulty within 30 days. We will send you a replacement or issue you refund based on our mutual agreement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non quality related returns. However, we are not responsible for refund or exchange if the damage occured after use. All return must be sent back in original condition including package and contents.

If you need your item urgently you can contact us to pick up directly from our warehouse.

However, you are only allowed to ask for pick up address after completing transaction through eBay.
