1. PREPARING FOR RECONDITIONING / REGENERATION VORBEREITUNG

A. Sisassembly of the turbocharger into basic components. / Der Turbolader wird zerlegt.

B. Cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner and glass sandblasting. / Reinigung im Ultraschalbad und Glasstrahlen.

2. RECONDITIONING / REPARATUR

A. Replacement of all necessary components. / Alle bewegliche Bauteile werden ausgetauscht.

B. Turbocharger core assembly. / Kern der Turboladers wird montiert.

C. Tightness control (oil 0W20, pressure 4.5 bar). / Dichtheitskontrolle (Öl OW20, Druck 4,5 bar).

D. High-speed balancing. / Auf der Hochdrehzahl-Maschine wird ausgewogen.

E. Assembly of the turbocharger core and housing. / Die Turbine wird wieder in Gehäuse verbaut.

F. Calibration of variable geometry and actuator. / Geometrie und Ventil werden kalibriert.
