DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS MAIL with Delivery Confirmation included and signature confirmation for more expensive items, unless otherwise noted.

• USPS does not guarantee their delivery times, however they meet their shipping time window the majority of the time.  On occasion packages can be delayed due to something on USPS’s behalf.  If you need a guaranteed delivery date Fedex/UPS provide this type of service, however it is an extra cost.  I can provide a shipping quote upon request, which would be added to the price of the item.

• Being GREEN as possible is something we work to achieve.  We use 100% recyclable/ biodegradable, reusable, sustainable, poly-mailers for many of our lightweight clothing items.  Jeans are typically shipped out in Priority envelopes.  We also recycle packaging materials whenever possible to conserve on unneeded and extra waste going into our landfills.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (upon approval only):

• All orders are shipped with the US Postal Service using methods that have tracking (this policy has been put into place to ensure the items safe delivery to you).  Buyers will be quoted a shipping upon request.  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

• We're happy combine shipping for any additional items purchased upon request.

• We will send you a shipping invoice when you have notified us that you will be purchasing multiple items.

PAYMENT.

• We accept PAYPAL for all items that are shipped or CASH with local pick ups.

• Payment is due within 24 HOURs of auction close.

RETURNS.

• All Sales are FINAL on items purchased from through “bidding auctions”, “best offer”, or items on “sale”.  If there was a mistake in the listing we will rectify the situation appropriately.
• We take pride in our products and are very thorough when measuring and listing each item. We mention any imperfections in our listings, but minor details may occasionally be missed. With pre-owned items that have been worn please keep in mind that they are rarely in perfect or un-worn condition. Since a detailed description and several measurements are given, returns cannot be accepted due to improper fit/sizing or minor blemishes. If you are completely unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we will do all we can to work with you and make you happy.
• RESTOCKING FEE is applied to all returned items.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with the item.  The item must be shipped with delivery confirmation (tracking if shipped with UPS/Fedex), signature confirmation is mandatory for more expensive items.
• The item must be returned in the original condition, undamaged, unworn, no odors, tags still attached etc for a refund to be provided
• Items must be returned WITHIN 14 calendar days of delivery to you.  The buyer is responsible for its delivery to us before the end of 14 days. 
• To return an item you must contact us within 2 DAYS of receiving the item and let us know you would like to return the item and why.  Only authorized returns will be accepted and SPECIFIC instructions for shipping as well as an RMA will be provided.
