NOTE: Please DO NOT file a claim or leave bad feedback prior to
contacting the seller for ANY problems that arise. I will do
my best to rectify any problems you may have with quality, returns, damage, etc.
Mistakes will happen, by me (I'm only human) or by the post office. You need
not submit an ebay claim to have your problems resolved. Ebay holds all
returns, feedback, and 5 star ratings against the seller for 1 year and it's not
fair if we are not notified a problem exists. Just contact me through ebay's
message system and I will get the problem resolved fairly and quickly. If I
cannot resolve the problem, then feel free to contact ebay for a resolution.
Their system will be much longer, harder and more confusing for the buyer, but
you are free to make you own decisions. At least GIVE ME A CHANCE prior to leaving bad feedback
or submitting a claim. Thanks so much!
