- The 1st size is in the description (19mm) is in relation to the stem / part that inserts into the pole.

For example 19-25mm: If you look at the 2nd photo in the ad,

you will see the stem physically measures 17mm as it fits into tubing with an OD of 19mm.

- The 2nd size in the description (25mm) is in relation to the size of c clip section

/ what size pole it will clip onto: 25mm OD

Please make sure you check the sketch, 2nd photo to ensure it will fit inside your tubing.
