Cigarette cards and tea cards were collectables that came with- you guessed it- tea and cigarettes. They covered multiple subjects, and built up into collections, often with dedicated books to stick them in. As well as attractive art on the front of the card, there would be information about the subject on the rear. They will work well in scrapbooking projects, as little art flourishes.

Each batch of forty cards is drawn randomly from a mix of subjects covering wildlife, fashion, history and technology. Most of the cards are from Brooke Bond tea sets, dating to the sixties and seventies, but there are also some from Wills and Players cigarettes, which go back further.

If you have a particular theme you would like to concentrate on, please contact me, and I will see if I can help find appropriate cards in the collection.
