Wikipedia has a "List of CDMA2000 Networks" and this is probably the best way to see if this phone might be capable.  Looks like Cellcom or C Spire Wireless in the US may be compatible.  The Ukraine's Intertelecom or PeopleNet look promising too.  Please double check before buying!
