From the 2011/2012 Promotion Period, This case has been in warehouse storage since the end of the promotion, and all packets are still sealed.  The rubber bands which hold the bundles of tags together appear to be dried out from age in some of the packets, but there is no damage to the items. (see photos)

The tags measure 1x3 Inches.
