For example 22-22mm: If you look at the 2nd photo in the ad, you will see the stem physically measures 20mm as it fits into tubing with an OD if 22mm.

- The 2nd size in the description (22mm) is in relation to the size of c clip section / what size pole it will clip onto: 22mm OD
