RETURNS: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you recieved it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below.
