Only the slot for the bottle or shoes for this GLITTER BIG SISTER have been carefully cut open to verify which doll was inside.  Very rarely, I will carefully cut around the secret message in case there are more than one doll with the same pair of shoes or bottle. I tape up all cut areas before I ship to make it look as new & sealed as possible. 

None of the zippers have been unzipped and all packages (except the package for the bottle OR shoes) are still factory sealed.
