Very Good Condition for this vintage hdbk.  Cover shows just minor rubbing to corners/spine ends.  Spine gold lettering clear.  Signs of well-done repair to top spine-end.  Hinges/binding are tight/strong.  Age-browning on first and last few pages, but in interior light ivory age-tanning is barely visible, and paper is supple, not brittle.  Owner name inside front cover.  Some light pencil marks erased.  Small tear found and repaired on p. 172.  Interior is otherwise clean...no tears, folds, marks, stains, nor foxing.  No DJ.  Sturdy for normal use.
