Funko Toy Policy

  • Please keep in mind all Funko vinyl figures are machine painted. Therefore the paint job may not be perfect and no two will be identical. Funko does not consider inferior paint jobs to be defective. We will not accept returns if you are unhappy with the particular paint job or quality of the item. This is what makes these toys unique.
  • We are also collectors and try our best to select the best looking boxes for our inventory. However, all Funko boxes are subject to dings,creases,bends, surface scratches and any other packaging imperfections. Of course, we will not send you anything that looks mangled however some box imperfections are possible. We do not guarantee "mint" packaging or "flawless" paint jobs. "Mint" is a term (and arguably a matter of opinion) used by collectors. We are not professional graders to promise such condition.
  • Often Funko stock photos are used or we picture one figure from our inventory as a stock photo when multiple quantities of the same item are available. Unfortunately, we cant picture them all individually. If box and/or paint jobs are a major concern for you, you are more than welcome to contact us before purchasing to request photos of an exact item you would receive and arrange a sale for that specific item. Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your request.
  • Special requests after placing your order will not be granted.
  • All Funko toys will be packed with protection and shipped with care.

Payment

  • We accept PayPal only.
  • Payments is due immediately when using Buy It Now.

Shipping

  • All items shipped domestic and internationally include tracking. Signature confirmation if over $250.00.
  • We ship only to confirmed PayPal addresses. 
  • Please confirm the shipping address on your PayPal account. Once payment is submitted we can not change any address information. No exceptions will be granted. If this is a gift for someone, please be sure to submit payment with the correct shipping address.
  • International shipping is available through eBay's Global Shipping Program. International buyers will be responsible for any and all shipping and import charges that apply.
  • Combined shipping is available for most items. Please be sure to add all items to your shipping cart and check them out together. If discounts don't automatically apply, please contact us before purchasing multiple items and we will lot them for you to ensure the cheapest shipping option available. Once orders have been placed we will not be able to adjust shipping.
