This board or part is fully tested and removed from a set with a broken or defective panel. If there are any exceptions to this, it will be stated in the description.  We do not accept exchanges or refunds for the following reasons.....

First, you as the purchaser of the part are accepting the role of the technician in properly diagnosing and installing the part.  We do not know your qualifications as such. 

Secondly, each part we sell came from a TV that had a broken or defective panel.   Any questionable boards or parts are disposed of. 

If you have any concerns, please contact me prior to your purchase.

I do not supply parts for your testing.  As the technician you are assuming all responsibility for buying the right part to repair the set.

If you do have any problems with your purchase, please contact me first through Ebay messaging instead of Ebay and I will try to resolve any issues.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not purchase the part.
