Very Good Condition for this antique hdbk.  Cover shows just slight rubbing to spine ends.  Coloring quite even, gold lettering is clear, and corners are sharp.  Owner name inside front.  Very slight beige age-tanning to paper, but paper remains supple, not brittle.  Hinges/binding are tight/strong.  Interior is clean, with no tears, folds, stains, marks, nor foxing.  No DJ.  Collectible.
