Very Good+ Condition for this vintage hdbk book for youth.  Cover looks almost New, without significant edge-wear.  Corners still sharp.   Hinges/binding are tight/strong.   Owner name, etc. inside cover.   Interior is clean, with no tears, folds, marks, stains, age-tanning, nor foxing.  DJ shows only slight bit of aging...looks almost New, covered by poly slip-on wrap.  Sturdy book.  Very Collectible.
