WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, so please make sure before buying, that is the right item and specification. Otherwise, if the Buyer has made a mistake purchasing a wrong item, we will charge a restocking fee.  All returned orders must be in the original and in the same condition we shipped the boxes or no refund will be granted.

NOTE Casseroles and LIDS (PYREX, CORNING, ANCHOR HOCKING, ETC) with retired references that are considered vintage, might have signs of normal use like burns, superficial scratches or minor scuffing on the edges but not in all cases. We always make sure the condition of all casseroles are very functional and they are fairly priced according to the condition of every dish.

SECOND-HAND DISHES OR CLOTHING MUST BE WASHED BEFORE USE SINCE THEY CAN GET DIRTY DURING STORAGE.

 Shipping charges are NOT refundable when orders have been sent back to us and could not get delivered for wrong addresses. Please make sure your information is double checked to avoid this inconvenience.

If you purchase gets shipped to an undeliverable address and returned to us, we will NOT be liable to re-pay for the shipping charges to a new location or the same one provided from the buyer.

We mostly ship USPS domestic standard, First class or Priority depending on the location. FedEx will be used for special orders.
