We’re able to supply you with the best range of restoration
parts by stocking parts in our strategically located stores around Australia,
all backed up by our mega DC in Victoria to ensure we get the parts to you as
quickly as we can.
We will provide notifications during the fulfilment and
delivery processes updating you as soon as we can if a product is going to be
longer than the expected delivery time.
Once the team have packed out your order you will receive a
notification advising you of the tracking details. Please note that tracking
details can take up to 24 hours for them to be active in the transport
companies' websites.
Not all parts can be shipped to a PO Box (i.e. too large,
dangerous goods etc) We’ll be in touch if your order is unable to be delivered
to your nominated shipping address.
Local Pickup Welcome
You can order online and select "Pick Up" in the
cart and await the confirmation email that your part is ready to collect, or
drop in to one of our stores and have a chat with our knowledgeable team.
Returns and refunds.
We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly accept a return for a refund of most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that meet each of the following criteria:
Have the original invoice attached
Are in their original packaging
Have original manufacturer information
Are not used, installed, or disassembled
Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
Are not custom made or specifically ordered in
Are not changeover items
Please note this Policy is not a warranty against defects.

Return Procedure
To complete your return, contact us with the details of your
proposed return, refund and confirmation that you can meet the returns criteria
set out above
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of
the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full
refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.

Rare Spares guarantees the workmanship of the products sold.
If you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to return the
goods for a replacement or refund, please contact us immediately, we will then
give you instructions on how to proceed.
Rare Spares will provide the remedy requested and applicable
