Total Postage = Regular Parcel Postage (from our postcode 2223 to your postcode) + Signature on delivery (free) + Extra Cover (insurance) + Package & Handling ($3.00)

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the purchase.
All goods to be returned will require a Return Authorisation (RA) Number before they can be returned. Please email us to request a
RA application form if necessary.
All returns for money back request are subject to 15% restocking fee. Postage/Shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable.
For all returns for exchange request, the customer must pay the two-way postage by himself or herself.
For the goods that were incorrectly shipped, damaged, or faulty, the money including the original purchase price of the goods returned and the freight costs associated with all the delivery will be back to you. Or the exchange will be arranged without your cost.
