12v Compact Heating & Air Conditioning Unit with Front Mounted Controls
Our most compact combination Heater & Air Conditioning unit is perfect for lightweight vehicles with small interior volumes, these units are compact yet powerful for their size.
A lightweight centrifugal fan is used to blow air through the combined heater & air conditioning core and expel it through 2x directional open/close outlet nozzles. The fan has an onboard 3 speed resistor pack for fan control. The front panel incorporates 3 speed fan control switch and temperature control over the AC only.
Onboard electronic thermostat to prevent condensation from freezing and blocking the air conditioning core.

Please wire up the AC unit as per the wiring diagram below, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Condenser Fan: If you are mounting your condenser radiator in front of your engine radiator then you may use your existing electric engine radiator fan to cool the condenser when required. You simply need to 'T' into the trigger feed on the electric fan relay. If you are installing this into a classic car with a viscous fan then you will need an additional electric fan on the front of the condenser.

- Please note that a corrosion inhibitor such as glycol or anti-freeze should be used to prevent corrosion and prolong the useful life of all components used in the vehicles cooling system.
- You will need to run an ON/OFF or Bypass Water Valve to prevent hot water flowing through the heater core when the air conditioning is activated.
- This is not a complete kit, you will require a Condenser radiator, a Compressor, a Receiver/Dryer Bottle, Binary or Trinary Switch, Hoses etc.
