- Item is a demo unit with some dust, fingerprints, minor scratches, etc. It appears as it would after a week or two of normal use. It may or may not have original packaging.
- Item has been opened but is new without scuffs or scratches. It may have been displayed, but it has not been played.
- Item is brand spankin' new and has never been displayed. All original and as beautiful as the day it was created!
TECHNICAL CONDITION = 6
- Item is probably just good for parts. It may be restorable with a lot of care and effort.
- Item may be salvageable. Some parts of it work just fine, but other parts just aren't right.
- Item functions to some degree as is. It is usable but not perfect.
- Item is used but in great condition, or it is a demo unit from a showroom floor.
- Item is all original and in perfect working condition. You may have bought new stuff from another store in worse shape!
- Item is brand spankin' new, all original, and in perfect working condition. It's a flawless marvel of engineering!

- We're the online leg of a bricks-n-mortar music store called Supersonic Music with locations in Topeka and Lawrence, Kansas. The stores are owned by Derek Sharp and have been in operation since 1998. Derek also owns a custom drum company called TreeHouse Custom Drums. Supersonic Music is an authorized dealer of dozens of brands, specializing in percussion and guitar stuff.
TERMS OF SALE
- We accept all methods of payment currently approved by eBay's Managed Payments system, including credit, debit, and gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.
- Payment must be received within five business days or your purchase will be considered forfeit, your order canceled, and the item(s) re-listed.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
- Shipping rates listed are for the “Lower 48” continental United States.
- Buyers outside the continental U.S. should contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.
- We normally ship within one business day after receiving confirmation of payment.
- Free in-person pickup is available upon request at our Topeka or Lawrence, Kansas stores.
- Please note that many items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, so a physical address is always preferable.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
- New Mesa/Boogie items are only available to residents of the United States who have a shipping address within the U.S.
- We are happy to ship all other items to international buyers who have excellent feedback and ten or more successful transactions within the last year. Please don’t bid or purchase if you don’t meet these minimum requirements.
- Buyers in Hawaii, Alaska, all other parts of the U.S. outside of the continental 48 states, and ALL international buyers must contact us for a shipping quote before bidding or purchasing.
- International customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. are not included in the purchase price or listed shipping fee. These additional charges, normally collected upon delivery, are the buyer's responsibility.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
- To ensure that your package is delivered and received securely, we typically require a signature upon delivery for most items valued over $250.
- If you feel this will present an inconvenience and prefer to receive your delivery without a signature requirement, please contact us as soon as possible prior to shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items are eligible for return (or replacement where possible) within thirty calendar days of delivery.
- Used items must be returned the same condition as they were received. Any additional signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, etc. will result in a deduction from your refund.
- Brand-new items must be returned in brand-new condition. Any signs of use, damage, missing parts, damaged or missing original packaging, etc. will result in a deduction from your refund.
- Our outgoing shipping costs (even on items sold with free shipping) will be deducted from your refund unless the item(s) you received were not as described or damaged during shipment.
