Upon confirmation of your order, goods will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. We provide shipping options Australia wide through a range of services such as but not limited to Australia Post, TNT and Sendle. Please contact us if you require Overnight Express Shipping. If there are any delays in the process, you will be promptly notified. Typically, delivery times are 5-10 business days.

• Most of our items are shipped using Australia Post and Sendle however other courier companies will be used if deemed required. Please use the tracking number uploaded to eBay and proceed directly to the courier companies’ website to view the most up to date tracking information. The courier chosen considers many factors such as delivery time and location.
• Almost all our parcels are shipped out within one business day. We try our best to ensure parcels are shipped out asap however please understand this may not always be the case.
• Please note depending on parcel weight and size the postage company may have authority to leave parcels on the property. Please ensure you keep an eye on tracking numbers to ensure you have received your parcel as once marked delivered we are not liable for any theft or loss of parcel.
• Depending on your location you may receive free freight. Remote locations may be charged a surcharge fee depending on the item (This can be seen on the postage and payments sections in the eBay listing)
• Please avoid providing a PO-Box, especially for large and bulky items as this will delay the dispatch/delivery of your item, please provide a physical street/home/work address. If the team believes we will be unable to deliver to the address provided they may cancel your order.
• A re-delivery fee charge will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery.
• For heavy parcels and pallets, you may need to collect from your local depot or have unloading capacity at the delivery address.
• We cannot deliver pallets to a residential address. All freight quotes provided by ebay and our customer service team are based on business/commercial addresses. Residential pallet deliveries will incur additional charges.
• Please note delivery arrival dates provided by eBay are estimates only and not a guarantee, if you have paid express postage for an item and it does not arrive by the specified date, we are unable to refund the postage in this case. Sadly, we have no control over the delays couriers may face and are unable to provide a resolution for issues that may arise because of these delays.

You can receive a full refund by returning the goods in original condition, within 30 days of the purchase date! No restocking fees and no handling fees for returns! Please note you will need to pay for the return freight cost unless free returns are provided! Note that we will not accept any refunds for items that have been mishandled or misused. Please note postage costs are non-refundable.
