Returns
Given the expense of shipping items somewhere and then shipping them back, we prefer to answer questions before a sale rater than after. We are always happy to provide measurements, take additional pictures, or offer advice to help you with your purchase. But we know that buying over the internet has its own challenges, so we are also happy to accept returns as long as the item is still in its original sale condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn, unopened, with tags still attached) and you contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Upon receipt of the item we will refund the original purchase price less 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
We accept Paypal only. We have found this to be the most secure payment method for both the buyer and seller. We kindly request that payment be made within three days of purchase. We reserve the right to re-list any item that has not been paid for within that time frame. Please contact us if more time is needed, we will gladly do our best to accommodate you. If you have any questions at all, please contact us before bidding or making a purchase. We will respond quickly, and will happily answer any questions you may have. All items are 100% authentic and come from smoke free home!
International buyers: Customs, Duties, and Import taxes are your responsibility and not covered in the shipping or price of item. For customs purposes, the value of the item is the price you paid for it; this cannot, by law, be altered.
