Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles & palm of your hand. Measure your dominant hand - the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed. Refer to photo.

If your hand measures: -

6½" / 17cm you are S

7" / 18cm you are M

7½" / 19cm you are L

8" / 20cm you are XL
