PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• 16 oz mugs - 5" tall and 3.25" rim and 3.75" base.
• Glass is laser engraved, not screen printed so the engraving will not ware or fade with time.
• Glasses engrave frosted white only. No other colors available.
• Two-sided engravings are optional for an additional fee, contact the seller.
• Dishwasher safe.
• Setup and engraving included in the price.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the "DESIGN" that you want to order and input the quantity.
2. Click "Buy It Now"
3. Once your order is placed, please send a message with your Paypal payment or through Ebay messages with your personalized information for your order.
4. If no message is received with your order. We will contact you to request your custom information for your order.
5. Each glass can be engraved with a different name and school.
6. All products are engraved and shipped with the provided order information, unless layout approval is specifically requested by the buyer.
7. If you are ordering 6 or more, please contact seller before placing your order to discuss free shipping and quantity discount pricing.

• We only accept payment through Paypal.
• If payment is not received within 7 days, we have the right to cancel the transaction and file for a non-paying bidder.
• If your order is returned to the post office, a charge will be issued to reship your item.

• Shipping is done by US mail or other parcel delivery service. We reserve the right to choose which method of shipping to use in order to best serve you.
