• By clicking the 'Buy it Now' icon you agree that you have read, accept and fully understand East End Radiators' Terms and Conditions of Sale, Carriage and Return.

• The Buyer is responsible for checking and confirming that the item listed matches the part on the vehicle -
models listed are for guidance only as vehicles may have multiple choices for a given part.

• Standard P&P is for UK mainland only excluding Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland etc.
If your address falls outside these areas you may be liable for additional postage charges and/or experience a delayed delivery.

• Items must be returned within 14 days as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The Buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs.

• Items returned as ‘faulty’ will be subject to inspection and testing (for which an inspection report can be provided on request) by qualified technicians whose decision is final.

• Any parts supplied that have been altered, modified, dismantled or tampered with may not be returned.
Normal wear and tear only, excludes improper install, accidental damage, abuse, misuse or negligence.

• A faulty item can be exchanged or repaired at the discretion of East End Radiators although a full refund may be offered where an item is found to be faulty.
Repair > Replace > Refund, in that order.

• New units returned should be in resale condition, undamaged, in original packaging with all documentation; not fitted or tested upon vehicle.
New items returned, found to be used, will be treated as a warranty claim i.e. no fault = no refund.  You will be required to pay P&P to have the item returned back to you.

• East End Radiators is not responsible for goods damaged in transit signed for ‘in good condition’ as we then have no recourse against the courier for the damaged item.
If the packaging looks like it has been mishandled or damaged, please inspect the item before signing or sign it as ‘unchecked’ if the courier doesn’t allow you to inspect the parcel.
Do no accept or sign for a parcel/contents that is/are/may be damaged without checking it first.

• New units carry a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. To satisfy our manufacturer’s warranty, all new parts must be professionally fitted.
Warranty claims require a checkable copy of the invoice/receipt for having the part fitted.
Warranties are a one time replacement to the original purchaser only. Exclusions apply.

• East End Radiators will not be held liable for any third party or labour charges.
