These are great if you not seen them before they work by putting a magnet underneath the collar next to the skin and that pulls the magnetic collar stays in the inserts flush to the skin, meaning greater control, no collar curl and an overall smarter appearance.

They come with two magnets and a black felt wallet as pictured.
