BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Please DO NOT file a claim or leave bad feedback prior to contacting the seller for ANY problems that arise.  I will do my best to rectify any problems you may have with quality, returns, damage, etc.  Mistakes will happen, by me (I'm only human) or by the post office.  You need not submit an ebay claim to have your problems resolved.  Ebay holds all returns, feedback, and 5 star ratings against the seller for 1 year and it's not fair if we are not notified a problem exists.  Just contact me through ebay's message system and I will get the problem resolved fairly and quickly.  If I cannot resolve the problem, then feel free to contact ebay for a resolution.  Their system will be much longer, harder and more confusing for the buyer, but you are free to make you own decisions.  At least GIVE ME A CHANCE prior to leaving bad feedback or submitting a claim.  Thanks so much!

3.  SHIPPING & HANDLING – Actual U.S.P.S shipping charges will be charged. Some items may require a small handling charge.  On most of my auctions I will calculate shipping for most of the continental U.S. I will combine shipping on multiple auctions as long as they are won within 3 days of one another. All items will be shipped standard or priority, unless an alternative is mutually agreed upon prior to auction end. I charge a modest packaging charge for shipping supplies & gas. It will be quoted with the U.S.P.S. charges.
4.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL (unless otherwise specified on the listing)  I always do my best to describe the items thoroughly and accurately and provide multiple pictures. Most of the items listed are vintage, antique, or estate pieces. These items will have various conditions of wear and have been previously loved. Each auction will state the condition as accurately as possible. If additional information or pictures are needed, please contact me within a reasonable time and I will be happy to provide it to you.
5. FEEDBACK- Feedback will be left once the item has been received and the buyer is happy with their purchase. Please contact me prior to leaving a negative feedback if there is a problem. I have a perfect ebay feedback score and will try to rectify the situation as best I can.
