Shipping

Orders are normally shipped 24 - 48 hours from receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Postage is via Australia Post eParcel with tracking. 

Please allow approximately 2 to 10 working days for delivery (especially for regional WA & NT).

We accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment, it is a secure and easy way to pay for your items purchased on eBay, 

if you are unable to use PayPal we can also accept a Bank Transfer, please use your eBay ID as a reference when transferring funds. 

Please note that some bank transfers may take up to 2 working days to process. 

Returns

30-Day No Question Refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product or if you change your mind we will happily refund your purchase. 

We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are free postage). 

If the item to be faulty we will happily replace or refund in full.
