How to use.

Our Glow pigment is high quality with most being super fine meaning it has the best coverage per gram and the finest and smoothest finish possible for this type of pigment so perfect for gel nails.

The pigment is hand measured by our supplier so there may be a differance in levels in the pots.

You can use your Glow in the Dark pigment in 2 ways.

Acrylic.

You mix it in to your acrylic powder, 1 part glow pigment to 2 parts acrylic powder and use as normal.

UV Gel Polish

First apply your chosen base colour gel, a white, nude or clear is an ideal choice and will give the best glow effect, however other colours can be used but will create a different final effect.

Apply this pigment over a "Wipe off" gel polish top coat, ensuring it is still tacky - this is usually around half the cure time under your UV/LED lamp known as a flash cure.

For best results apply with a make-up brush and dab the onto the tacky base coat and then place under your UV/LED lamp to finish the cure. You may want to apply a second coat to obtain full coverage, if this is the case please repeat the steps above except use a "wipe off" clear top coat and half cure and then apply the 2nd coat of Glow in the Dark pigment.

For a smooth finish finally apply a clear top coat and cure.

It is recommended to use a nude, clear or light coloured base. This enables the pigment to be exposed to the most uv light it can be meaning it will glow better.

Returns Policy And Items Lost in Post

Returns

We accept returns of any item the is faulty/damaged or not as described and will refund your payment in full, without question. We simply ask that item(s) are returned in their original condition within 30 days with a note of your eBay user id.

Please Note: We will cover return postage costs for any faulty/damaged or not as described item(s). We do not cover postage costs incurred for the return of unwanted item(s).

Lost Post

If you don't receive your item within the Shipping timescales please contact me asap. For items posted in the UK a claim for loss can't be made via Royal Mail unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items). For items posted to Europe this is at least 20 working days or for items to the rest of the world 25 working days have passed from the due delivery date. If you item hasn't turned up after these timescales full refund will be issued up to the maximum insurance value of the postage selected.

Shipping

Royal Mail aim to deliver item(s) dispatched via 1st class post within 1-2 business days, whilst for 2nd class they aim to deliver within 2-3 business days. European air mail is usually from 5-7 days, countries outside of Europe normally take from 7-14 days. Royal Mail class business days as Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). Please note that these services are estimated deliveries times only and not a guarantee that they will be delivered within these time scales.

A proof of postage is obtained for all items. All items sent within the UK will have the option to be posted by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, insured up to a value of £20 or Royal Mail Signed for, insured up to £50 or Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured up to £500. Standard Parcels and Signed for will be offered on all purchases but if your items total more than £50 Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please make sure you choose the correct level of postage as any lost items will only be refunded up to the value of the insurance provided
