DELIVERY: We normally dispatch your order within 5 working days upon receipt of payment and will update your order to include a tracking number. Goods normally take 5-10 business days to ship but please allow up to 21 days for delivery in the event of shipping delays. Delivery is between Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the goods. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE: All our products have a 30 day return policy in the event that there are defects or the item is not as described on the listing. Return the faulty item to us within 30 days of receipt and we will happily repair or refund the full amount (minus freight cost).
