We accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments through PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase.
For purchases that are not paid for within 7 days, we have set up eBay to automatically open an Unpaid Item case in order to receive a refund of the Final Value Fee that we have been charged on the sale. If you require more than 7 days to complete payment, please contact us.
US Customers: We ship Monday - Friday. Purchases made Friday/Saturday/Sunday are shipped the next business day after receiving payment. For items that are listed with Free Shipping, the Free Standard shipping is via USPS Parcel Post, USPS 1st Class mail or Fedex SmartPost at our discretion. Buyer may upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional charge.
International Customers: We ship within 3 days of receiving payment. The default and most economical International shipping option is USPS International 1st Class mail. USPS International 1st class mail may take 6-8 weeks for delivery due to transit & customs delays. Buyer may upgrade to USPS International Priority or Express Mail if a faster delivery option is required.
- International Insurance: International shipments are insured with ShipSaver Insurance against loss or damage during transit. Claims for damaged parcels can be made at time of delivery/discovery of damage. Claims for lost parcels must wait 45 calendar days from shipment date. Buyer with a loss or damage claim will need to contact us and fill out an online insurance form verifying claim information. Once claim has been processed, we can provide you with a replacement or refund.
- Import Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Unless otherwise noted in the listing, we accept returns within 30 days of original receipt by the customer. Return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns must be in new, unusued and as-shipped condition and are subject to a restocking fee which is used to offset the free outbound shipping offered.
For any returns or exchanges, please use eBay's merchandise return process. Once we receive your return we will issue a credit for your original purchase price minus the restocking fee or will ship out your replacement or exchange. We try to offer products at a low price and include free outbound shipping where possible. We charge a restocking fee to offset our outbound shipping costs for the returned items.
Please note:
- Returns are not accepted after 45 days of original receipt by the customer as documented by the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number.
- Restocking fees and return postage are not charged to customers if the return/exchange is due to a Seller error or a Manufacturer's defective item
- For electronic items, if there is an issue with the item, we will handle replacements up to 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Customers that have any issues with items after 14 calendar days, but still within the product's warranty period, will need to contact the Manufacturer for warranty assistance.
