This Body Paint card of Noemie Lenoir, BP7, is from the SI 2004 release by Stellar Collectibles.  The card features a stroke of the actual paint that was used to paint the suit onto the girl that is shown in the photo.  The SI 2004 has long been sold-out!  Beautiful card in mint condition!
