This is the best value for money jig of it's type ever offered anywhere. It will produce stunning sloping drainage grooves into any wooden or composite work surface.

This jig leaves all the others in the starting blocks in terms of quality. After all, why buy a crappy, flimsy MDF version when you can get this Solid Laminate Jig which will last a lifetime for just a few pounds more!!

Unlike any other jig of it's kind this drainer jig is fully supported by wooden wedges either side of each groove. The wedges prevent damage to the worktop & provide the slope required for water run off, they also ensure that each groove you machine is is identical & perfectly even without any dips. The wedges are removable to facilitate machining of Hotrod grooves. It's so simple to use, just line it up on the worktop, clamp it & off you go.

This jig offers the ultimate longevity. It is made of exterior grade solid compact laminate, it will last a lifetime in professional use.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Made from hardwearing CNC machined, exterior grade compact laminate.

  • Durable anti friction surface, prevents friction with the router base plate

  • Machined to a tolerance of +/- 0.03mm (three hundredths of a millimetre)

  • Nine removable sloping wedges for total support, provides a 1° fall.

  • Grooves pitched at 50mm, 460mm long.

  • Sight marks for lining up.

  • Fixing holes for user made stops for repeat work.

Additional equipment required to successfully use this jig.

1) A ½”  hand router fitted with a 30mm template guide.

2) A TCT ball nosed router bit diameter 10mm - 25mm to suit users choice.

3) Two padded G-clamps.


Standard delivery is 48 hour courier (two working days) although most deliveries are achived within 1 day after dispatch.  The cut off time for dispatch is 12.00 hrs

 If payment is confirmed by 12.00 hrs goods are usually dispatched the same day (Excludes  Fridays, Weekends, public holidays in England & other holiday notices published on this or any other website).

If you purchase after 12.00 hrs on a Thursday the goods will not be dispatched  until the following Monday on a next day 24 hr service, so you should receive your goods by the due date.
