Delivery
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure safe delivery and dispatch paid orders within 1 - 3 working days.

We use all major couriers so can ship most items worldwide. However, if your country is not listed, or you are looking for a different or specific delivery service, please contact us for a quotation via eBay messaging system.
Please note that due to an orders weight, size or other delivery factors, we reserve the right to vary the delivery service or company we use for any order received through the eBay system.
Warranty
All items we supply are new and unused and carry a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated.
Returns
If you wish to return your item(s) you must do so within 14 days after receipt. Any returned item(s) must be
unused, in their original packaging, in an as supplied condition and
must be complete. If you are a private individual we will exchange it
for something else, or refund the cost of the item(s) in full, if you
are a business we will exchange it for something else or deduct from
the refund a 20% restocking charge from the cost of the item(s).
Postage and packing charges will not be refunded and return shipping
charges are the senders responsibility. If the product has been
specially ordered for you the returns policy does not apply and you
cannot return the item(s). When the product has been used, tampered
with, is not complete, or is not in an as supplied condition the
returns policy does not apply and you cannot return the item(s).
You must contact us first to authorise any return via the eBay messaging system, if a return is accepted we will issue an RMA number to you with return instructions, if you do not contact us first your return will not be accepted.
