Our warehouse and offices are based in Abingdon Oxfordshire and supply stock to both retail and trade customers.

We are VAT registered and will supply a VAT invoice with all purchases.

Shipping
We will only ship high value orders to the cardholders' billing address or to a Paypal confirmed/verified address.

If payment is received before 12 noon, we attempt to despatch all larger or Higher value items on a next day delivery basis and manage to do so with most orders. (not including orders placed at the weekend or on Bank Holidays). We generally use either DHL or Interlink express services. You will receive email tracking information so that you can see your orders progress.

Smaller, low value items will be despatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail.

PLEASE NOTE: If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal before placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address. If your order has already been placed, please contact our customer service team who will refund the order. You may then update the address details in PayPal and replace your order.

International Shipping:

Any international orders requiring payment of Customs import Duty or taxes is entirely the responsibility of the purchaser as per the law of the residing country.

Returns Policy
Please retain all original packaging.
Upon receipt of your product, please check and report any faults within 24 hours of receipt.
If a fault occurs within 14 days of receipt, the item will be replaced free of charge.
Prior to returning a faulty product, please contact us in advance for support in rectifying your problem.
The postage & packing cost both ways is the customers responsibility.

Any purchase can be cancelled and returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, providing that they are still in original packaging. All items must be returned in the same original condition, i.e. with no scuff marks, scratches, dents & with all original parts, packaging & accessories! The goods remain the customers responsibility until they are safely delivered to us. If an order is cancelled and the item is not faulty we will deduct any delivery costs incurred from the refund.
The warranty does not cover remote controls, accessories, negligence, tampering, accidental damage, damage due to thunder / lightning storms & damage due to faulty residential electrical supplies or incorrect installation. All Items have tamper evident security stickers. Removing or breaking these security stickers will void your warranty!
All return shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser except for when there is a fault within the first 14 days.
