Fair condition-He shows wear. His face and body have a little bit of paint loss.

But he's cute!! He stands 5 1/2 in. tall and it appears at one time may have been holding something.

Not sure.  He's marked on the bottom "Knights Louis Marx & Co. Inc.'' Dated 1963!
