****How to know when you need to replace the valve or replace the seals of the cylinders***
If: Air is leaking from Exhaust Ports - Then: Rebuild Cylinders with ORIGINAL Corghi Seals.
If: Air is leaking from Shaft - Then: Replace Double Pedal Valve

Many times when air is leaking from the exhaust ports it means that the air is bypassing the piston inside the cylinder. You can verify if the seals are bad by disconnecting the air line closest to the leaky exhaust port. The airline should not have any air coming out of it whatsoever. If you hear or feel any air from the airline that means the seals are faulty. Defective valves usually leak air horizontally from the shaft. 
 
We have seen situations where customers have chosen to rebuild the cylinders with aftermarket seals and they do not seal correctly or last long.
