Aquí les ofrecemos  un (1) bello set de anillados bimetálicos fechado 2012, de 2 piezas con valor nominal de $15 celebrando el 60 Aniversario del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, usando chavito 2012D Shield Penny sin circular, y Peseta del Yunque 2012P sin circular y chapada en oro (se sabe que al menos 3 salieron con letra D) 

DESCRIPCION:
El anverso de las 2 piezas es igual, promocionando al emisor de la serie:" PUERTO RICO MINT" "Ebay Store", e email personal "puertoricomint at yahoo punto com"  Estas piezas, aunque coleccionables, son fichas comerciales, ya que tienen un valor escrito y son 100% redimibles por productos PRM.

Chavito (pieza de $5): lleva como título "Estado Libre Asociado," sobre el cual se presenta el triángulo con estrella al centro de nuestra bandera, y las fechas 1952 - 2012, motivo de la pieza. Alrededor de este motivo conmemorativo, el cual representa continuidad y estabilidad política (que turistas tanto buscan) surgen otros diversos símbolos por los cuales Puerto Rico es conocido, como lo son el sol Taíno, representando tanto nuestra identidad cultural como nuestro calor tropical, el Coquí, representando nuestro cantar y nuestra naturaleza, el muchacho haciendo "Surfing," el cual es especialmente practicado en la costa Noroeste, de Aguadilla a Rincón (3er lugar de Surf a nivel mundial), valor de $5, y por supuesto, un mapa estilizado de nuestra isla, con la bandera dibujada al centro.

Peseta (pieza de $10): Incluye los elementos escritos y numéricos conmemorativos presentes en la pieza de $5, pero con los siguientes adornos: La flor nacional de maga, el zumbador caribeño, la garita boricua, y la denominación $10.

ESPECIFICACIONES:
El anillado del chavito (valor de $5) tiene tamaño total de 35mm, peso de 6.6 gramos, e incluye un chavito 2012D sin circular. Tirada total: 110 piezas.

El anillado de la peseta (valores de $10) tiene tamaño total de 40mm, peso aproximado de 1/2 onza, e incluye una peseta del Yunque 2012P sin circular. Tirada total: 60 piezas.

Esperamos disfrute esta nueva adición al legado numismático caribeño, fomentado gracias a amistades y auspiciadores, que quieren elevar a Puerto Rico a la par de muchos estados y países, a la hora de utilizar moneda circulante para celebrar eventos de relevancia. El conjunto viene montado en mica plástica pa' mantener su brillo original.

Howdy!

This auction is for one (1) set of 2 limited edition bimetallic encased coins commemorating 60 years of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Shining Star of the Caribbean, 1952 - 2012. We assigned them a combined $15 face value for use as trade tokens to our Ebay store. 

DESCRIPTION:

Both pieces feature same obverse, which provides the name, location, and web site of our Ebay store.

Reverses:

The Penny piece features a 2012D Shield type Cent in red Uncirculated condition. Its reverse shows reads: "Commowealth of Puerto Rico" both in Spanish and English, with a stylized triangle with a star at center, details taken from the Puerto Rican flag, symbolizing it being the "Shining Star of the Caribbean." The double dates "1952 - 2012" hints to the commemorative nature of of our political continuity and stability, things that many places on Earth lack, and which tourists from all over look after so much. The rest of the piece features other picturesque vignettes on things Puerto Rico is well known for, as is its Coqui frog, representing its peculiar wildlife and Caribbean music, the Native American Taíno sun, representing our Cultural Heritage and also our beloved tropical heat. The Surfer represents a sport so much practiced in Rincon and other parts of Puerto Rico, considered the World's 3rd most looked after place to practice surf. It also features the Puerto Rican flag, stylized in the shape of the map of our main island, and a face value of $5 in merchandise.

The Quarter piece features a Gold Plated 2012P El Yunque Quarter (it is known at least 3 used D mint quarters). All phrases & dates celebrate same subject, but details include: the Maga national flower (similar to a big hibiscus), the "Garita" Spanish castle sentry box, our flag in island shape, the Caribbean Hummingbird and the $10 denomination.

SPECIFICS:

The Penny encasesement measures 35mm in total size, 6.6 grams total weight, uses uncirculated 2012D pennies inside an aluminum ring. Total of 110 pieces encased.

The Quarter encasements measure 40mm in total size, weight about half ounce, and uses Gold Plated 2012P pieces inside an aluminum ring. Total of 60 pieces encased.

This 2 piece set comes mounted in plastic coin sheet to preserve their factory shine. Thanks for watching.
