It is very easy to apply: Clean the surface, remove from paper backing, and apply, smoothing with your hand or a dry cloth, removing bubbles. (instructions will be included with your purchase) If your walls are newly painted, wait at least 2 weeks before applying. You can apply to any flat, smooth, non-textured surface. To remove, simply peel them off and reapply to original paper backing or waxed paper to save. Shipping by first class is FREE which includes delivery confirmation.
