Magnetic Replacement Bowl 11" LARGE Size -originally designed for the "Multi-Mag" Tumblers. The 11" Bowl will work for the Large Korean and Chinese Tumbler. The bowl is complete with a tight fitting Acrylic Cover. These bowls are designed for use with the Magnetic Tumbling Machines, utilizing the stainless steel needle pins.
Bowl is made with Olefin MATERIAL is very durable having good strength and resilient to
wear and tear, bowl is a very tough polyethylene plastic. 1 Year Guarantee on Bowl ONLY!
The design of the bowl utilizes a raised center within the bowl that allows for circular rotation, permitting pieces tumbling over and creating more motion. Other bowls have a center column that restricts this movement and action.
This Large size bowl is originally designed for the "MULTI-MAG" made in the US by PMTC, but can be used with Korean Tumblers SMT-HR02 - TM-800 - CA 008 - GMT-030 magnetic tumblers.
It is important to use of the Plastic Bowl with the appropriate media, DO NOT overfill with work pieces, media pins and water. Additionally it is also important to use a Good Solution Mix and lastly NOT TO leave the machine running too long, creating excessive heat which will deteriorate the bowl and even cause cracking.
The Bowl as mentioned above can also be used on other Magnetic Tumbler Units as long as the outer diameter size is compatible. Please see all specs below:
