On July 30, 2025, the United States issued the Executive Order "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries." According to this order, all shipments of goods by business customers arriving in the United States from 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on August 29, 2025, will be subject to import duties.
