(defective on arrival) please contact us as soon as possible within 7
days of receiving your item so that we may provide you with a return
(RMA) # and the return procedure. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once we receive the item we will have a technician verify that it is defective and you will be sent a REPLACEMENT item if found to be defective. Buyer is responsible for all returned shipping costs. We

and the package is unopened you may return the item at your cost for a
