Shipping/Delivery

To keep our prices low, we will ship your order the best way possible.

·       We use several different shipping companies (USPS/FedEx/UPS).

·       FedEx & UPS do NOT ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, so please make sure you provide your physical street address.  Help us ship your order promptly by including your physical address at checkout. 

o   If a physical street address is not available, we can ship via USPS - additional fees may apply; contact us for shipping quote to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses prior to ordering. 

·       We ship Worldwide.

·       Combined Shipping is available - eBay automatically combines domestic shipping and applies discounts when items are purchases at the same time.  We also combine shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International locations. Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.

·       Local pick up is available with appointment only. 

International Buyers

·       Please note: Import duties, taxes, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

·       These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up (please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges).

·       We cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International Government regulations prohibit such behavior.

·       We are not responsible for the time your county's customs office holds the items.

·       Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping.

·       Typically, International shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International.  Delivery times are varied and can be delayed by customs, which is out of our control.  Expedited shipments are available thru FedEx, UPS, etc. at an additional charge.  Please contact us for a quote for FedEx, UPS, etc. International Delivery.

Warranty/Returns/Exchanges

·       Please see the return policy near the top of each eBay listing for details on the length of the return period.

·       Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs to the seller.  Refund is for the item price.

·       Limited Warranty does NOT cover:

o   Any product which has been altered in any way, improperly installed, or not used for its intended purpose.

o   Any costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product including labor, installation or other costs incurred by the purchaser, and in particular, any costs relating to the removal or replacement of any product that is affixed to another devise.

o   Any damage to the product due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation or improper testing. 

o   Our obligation under this warranty is limited to a replacement of the defective product.

o   Purchaser shall be responsible for shipping costs of the returned product. 

Sales Tax (NJ Only)

·       New Jersey residents are subject to sales tax which is automatically calculated by eBay and added to order.
